Mówi się, że szewc bez butów chodzi. Do dzisiaj (ok. 5 rano) byłem takim właśnie szewcem. Webdeveloper nie posiadający swojej wizytówki w Internecie to dość nietypowe zjawisko. Więc wypadało to zmienić.
Napisałem parę słów o sobie, naszkicowałem design, potem wprowadziłem go do komputera. Parę zmian, kilka godzin beznadziejnych walk z przeglądarkami i w końcu decyzja, by w niektórych kwestiach wycofać się do starych, ale działających zwyczajów. Niestety, nawet Firefox trochę się rozjeżdżał na wybajerzonym menu, które zdegradowałem do zwykłych obrazków. O IE nawet nie będę mówił (chociaż IE 8 beta 1 doskonale sobie radzi :) ). Na chwilę obecną strona trochę się jeszcze rozjeżdża w IE poniżej 8, kiedyś popracuję nad jakimś alternatywnym stylem poprawiającym te zachowania.
Tak więc przedstawiam swoją wizytówkę w wirtualnym świecie: http://adam.pilorz.net. Powiedzcie coś, czy się Wam podoba, co jest fajnego, a co wypadałoby jeszcze dopracować. Następnym krokiem będzie przeniesienie tego designu na Jogga, ale chciałem ewentualne poprawki wprowadzać na tej prostej stronie, nim zacznę zgłębiać tajniki szablonów joggerowych od nowa (odkąd powstał obecny design sporo się zmieniło - pisany był pod Joggera 1.0 :) ).
Druga sprawa - przy okazji wprowadzania wizytówki przyczepiłem domenę http://blog.adam.pilorz.net/ do tego joggera. Tak żeby już wszystko uporządkować i ustawić w jednej domenie. Oczywiście dotychczasowy adres http://dot.jogger.pl/ będzie wciąż działał.

You have 50 dollars in your pocket what do you do with it?
- Is 50 dollars that much? :) Probably at first I would repay my debt to dad, and for rest of those 50 dollars - I would use it for one of two most important things in life ;) - a bicycle or horses :)
Your ultimate OTP? (fandom or real life)
- Well, according to Wikipedia OTP can mean many things. I strongly suspect, that among others (like one-time programmable memory or one-time password) here it was used as "One True Pairing". Well, the question is very difficult to answer. I'm not making any ranking of this kind of things :).
Have you ever seen someone die?
- I don't recall such event... No, I think not (of course movies don't count in here).
Are you confused as to what lies ahead of you?
- Well, of course I am. Who isn't? I have smaller and larger plans for the future, but they're something rather like visions of ideal future life. Nobody, on the other hand, can tell what's waiting for him in the future.
If you could choose one place on earth to stay, where would that be?
- My own small house with a 3-4 horse stable. Not far from where I'm living now. Unlike most of people living around I like my place. Of course my ideal life can't take place in the very center of a city, but when placed somewhere in 30-40 km from my actual home would be the best location. Forest, my home, and my horses :). Possibly my beloved someone, if she exists somewhere there...
Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone else?
- Both in the same moment :). "One-way" love is rather hard, and I'm not sure if it comes with good feelings at all.
If the person you like does not accept you, would you continue to wait for them to change their feelings?
- It's hard decision to make... Yes, I guess...
If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
- I feel that more than "like" should be used here. If it really is "like" - I'll be hapy with them. If "like" stands for "love" here - it would be difficult, but I wouldn't be interfering - if she would be happy with her actual boyfriend - I think I would be happy about her happiness.
Is there anything that has made you unhappy recently?
- Two things... My egzam and weather.
What do you want most in life?
- Humm... Another difficult question. The deepest and most desperate desire of our hearts? :) No idea. Unfortunately I haven't got the Mirror of Erised by a reach of hand ;).
Which of the 7 Deadly Sins do you think you relate to the most & why?
- Well, sloth will be at first place - it's unquestionable. Anyone who know me would agree :). Sloth is my fourth name (as I have 3 formal names). And what else? Gluttony and pride possibly. Well, nobody is perfect.
If you find out that your best friend is going out with your boyfriend/girlfriend, how would you react?
- Quite a science-fiction question :). I haven't got a girlfriend at the present time, actually never had. My shyness is one of the main reasons for that. A bit more in my previous post on this blog. But if I would have to imagine such situation - I think I can answer (of course it is not a guarantee that I will act like that, if this situation really happens). First, of course - I would be furious. It is not a nice thing to find out about someone you love. And after that - well, it might be too theoretical, but I think I might be happy and sad in one moment because of that. Sadness is undeniable - someone I have loved have used my feelings and trust against me. But in the same moment, if I would still love her, I think I might be in some way happy about her being with someone, with whom she is happier. But it's just "what-if" in so distanced way I can't tell how I would feel really.
Who is currently the most important person to you?
- I'd like not to answer this question. In some way I can't do it precisely and honestly in one time.
What kind of person do you think you are?
- Everyone is different. I don't actually believe in this "type of person" rubbish.
Do you believe there is nothing higher than human kind?
- Of course not. Moreover, I don't need to believe there is something better than humans. I know it. You see, humans are the only animals on earth so invasive, destroying everything around themselves. Not many people are actually better than this. I hope I will be able to do enough good to be better than "statistical human", do more good than bad. But will I be able to? Who knows...
Which fictional character could you most see yourself marrying?
- There are just too many fictional characters to choose from :). But taking in count my hopes for the future - I don't think I can find somebody just casual enough among them. It just casual people doesn't take part in films, books, comics and so on - every character is some superhero or something like that. And I can't imagine my "future me", the person I hope will be someone quietly living day after day in accompany of a superhero :).
Would you give your all in a relationship?
- It depends. There are many kinds of relationships. But for friendship and love - absolutely.
Do you have a motto? If yes which one?
- Can a person live a life, in which every his move will be dictated by one sentence? No way.
What type of friends do you like?
- Again, "type of people" rubbish :). If you want an answer for this question - refer to question "What kind of person do you think you are?" ;)

- Not one exactly. But there are some songs I will forever associate with some more or less important moments in my past, people I know, or just some feelings. Among others: "It's my life" by Bon Jovi, "Przeżyj to sam" by Lombard, "Stacja Warszawa" by Lady Pank, "All the same" by Sick Puppies and other...
